Halfway between a cake and a dessert, this gateau is a favourite with children.  Use whatever fruit is in season, according to your taste.

 

 

For 6-8 :

Bavarois mixture:

  • 60g sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 50cl whole milk
  • 4 leaves gélatine

Garniture:

  • 10 madeleines
    (or small sponge cakes)
  • 100g orange juice
  • 100g raspberries
