  • 250g puff pastry
  • 5 nectarines
  • 3 eggs
  • 90g ground almonds
  • 90g caster sugar
  • 60g softened butter
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 flan tin  Ø28cm
